Professor Vicharn Panich has worked at the Hematology Division, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital for 6 years and moved to a new medical school at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai in 1974 where he became head of the Department of Pathology, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Vice President of the university. He has done research on glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency in Thailand.

Dr. Suwit Wibulpolprasert is a general practitioner, a public health specialist, an administrator and a policy advocator. He began his career as a director and a practitioner in four rural district hospitals in Thailand from 1977 to 1985. Later he was the Director of the Northeastern Public Health College, Director of Technical Division of the FDA, Director of Bureau of Health Policy and Plan, Assistant Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, and Senior Advisor at the Thai Ministry of Public Health.

Pisake Lumbiganon is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Convenor of Cochrane Thailand and Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre on Research Synthesis in Reproductive Health based at Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. He is also the President of the Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Dr Weerasak Putthasri is a Deputy Secretary General of the National Health Commission and a senior researcher of International Health Policy Program (IHPP) for Health Policy and Systems Research. He was a senior advisor, Department of Health Workforce, WHO/HQ and an Assistant Professor of Community Dentistry.

Prof. Wanicha Chuenkongkaew is a professor of Ophthalmology, Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Mediciin Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, a regional coordinator, Asia Pacific Network on Health Professional Education Reform (ANHER), and a member of Technical Working Group on Strengthening of Human Resources for Health in South- East Asia.
